【摘要】 目的采用正交试验筛选异烟肼巴布剂的处方。方法以膜残留和涂展性为评价指标进行正交试验,确定最佳处方。结果异烟肼巴布剂处方组成是主药异烟肼∶黏着剂(质量比是1∶3的卡波姆∶NP700)∶保湿剂(甘油)∶交联剂(甘羟铝)=3∶6∶30∶0.1。结论异烟肼巴布剂处方设计较为合理,可进一步开发。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM To optimization of the formula of isoniazid cataplasm by orthogonal experiment. METHODS The formula of isoniazid cataplasm was optimized by orthogonal experiment based on two factors: film residue and spreadability. RESULTS The formula of isoniazid cataplasm was as following: isoniazid was 3 g,1∶ 3 mass ratio of carbomer: NP700 as adhesive was 6 g,glycerin as a humectant was 30 g,and dihydroxyaluminium aminoacetate as crosslinkers was 0. 1 g. CONCLUSION The formula of isoniazid cataplasm is reasonable and it is worth doing further research.更多还原
