【摘要】 目的总结过去、纠正不足,加速我国临床药学发展。方法通过回顾和思考,总结我国临床药学发展历程及其经验与不足,从而确立临床药学学科定位和学科建设内涵的正确导向。结果与结论应肯定医院药学界前辈们为我国临床药学的发展所作出的努力,明确临床药学学科建设要坚持正确发展方向;药师要树立"走出药房,面向临床,以病人为中心和以合理用药为核心,服务患者"的理念,转变观念与职责,促进临床药学健康快速发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM To accelerate the development of clinical pharmacy in China,on summing up the past experience and making corrections. METHODS By reviewing the developing process of clinical pharmacy,the experiences and deficiencies were summed up,which should help to successful development of the clinical pharmacy in right direction. RESULTS and CONCLUSION Chinese pharmacy predecessors’ efforts to develop clinical pharmacy should be respected. Chinese clinical pharmacy should be developed in the correct direction. Pharmacists should keep in mind the idea of"changing from the traditional model in pharmacy to a patient-centered model face-to-face to provide professional service for patients and clinicians with the principle of rational drug use".
