The data of 51 cases who died of pulmonary thromboembolism were analyzed retrospectively,with male 27 and female 24,aged 13-81,average aged(47.12±15.82).They were acute onset and died in a short time.The thrombus mainly originated in deep vein of lower limbs.The coagulative function was normal before death,49 cases had obvious infection,36 of them had trauma or operation;only 2had trauma but no infection.The results showed that inflammation especially infection is a critical risk factor for pulmonary thromb...
