【摘要】 目的观察心理康复护理对脑卒中后抑郁患者的疗效情况。方法将我院神经内科2012年12月~2013年6月期间,确诊为脑卒中后抑郁的患者142例,随机分成心理康复组和常规护理组各71例。所有患者均给予抗抑郁药物治疗,在治疗的基础上对对照组采用常规治疗护理,观察组采用常规护理外每天由专职护士进行一次心理康复治疗护理,持续3周。在心理干预前后分别对两组患者采用HAMD抑郁量表,进行测评。结果治疗前的心理康复组和常规护理的HAMD评分分别为24.38±2.81、23.86±2.73差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)有可比性;经治疗后3周HAMD评分分别为17.34±1.91、20.85±2.17,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对脑卒中后抑郁患者的特点,早期开展心理康复护理,有利于促进脑卒中后抑郁患者的康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to observe the effi cacy of psychological rehabilitation nursing against depression of cerebral apoplexy patients.Methods 142 patients who were diagnosed with post-stroke depression from December 2012 to June 2013 by the neurology department of The People’s Hospital of Sichuan Province were divided evenly and randomly into the psychological rehabilitation group(the observation group) and the regular care group(the control group). Results All of them were treated with anti-depression medication.Besides the regular nursing given to the control group,those in the observation group were given extra psychological rehabilitation treatment once a day for 3 weeks.All patients of the two groups were evaluated with HAMD before and after the 3-week treatment.(P>0.05).After 3 weeks’ treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Early psychological rehabilitation nursing can help the patients’ recovery from post-stroke depression.更多还原
