【摘要】 目的对采用MRI检查时心理护理对患者依从性的影响进行探讨及分析。方法抽取在我院2012年6月~2013年6月进行MRI检查的患者136例,并随机的分为观察组与对照组,每组各68例,观察组患者在检查时同时会进行一系列的心理护理,而对照组患者则进行常规的检查,在两组患者检查结束后,对两组患者的依从性情况进行调查并统计。结果通过对两组患者进行调查后,发现观察组患者依从性为66例,比例为97.1%,而对照组患者依从性为56例,比例为82.4%,可以看出观察组患者在进行MRI检查时的依从性明显高于对照组患者,两组的数据有明显的差异(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论通过对两组患者进行对比后,可以发现在MRI检查时加入了心理护理的观察组患者的依从性明显高于未进行心理护理的对照组,说明在进行MRI检查时针对患者实际情况进行一定的心理护理可以明显提高患者的依从性,从而有效的提高检查效率。更多还原
