热毒宁注射液脱炭液超滤工艺的膜污染清洗方法研究
Reduning injection decarbonization liquid ultrafiltration process of membrane fouling cleaning methods
【摘要】 目的以热毒宁注射液脱炭液为研究对象,确定适合大生产超滤膜污染的最佳清洗方法。方法以超滤膜膜通量恢复率为指标,确定最佳清洗剂,并在此基础上采用正交试验优选最佳工艺条件。结果对于PS膜(截留分子量10×103),较佳方案为连续化生产批与批之间用氢氧化钠清洗,每月采用氢氧化钠、次氯酸钠联合进行清洗一次,最佳工艺条件为:0.4%氢氧化钠或0.4%氢氧化钠与0.1%次氯酸钠、清洗温度为40℃、清洗时间为1 h。结论确定了超滤膜清洗方法有效地提高热毒宁注射液大生产的生产效率,解决生产瓶颈。
【Abstract】 Objective To determine the best cleaning method suitable for the production of ultrafi ltration membrane fouling, taking reduning injection fluid of decarburization as the research object. Methods By ultrafi ltration membrane fl ux recovery rate as index,Determine the best cleaning agent, and optimization on the basis of orthogonal test the best process conditions. Results For PS membrane(intercept molecular weight 10 x 103), the better scheme between the batch and continuous production of clean with sodium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, sodium hypochlorite joint monthly be used for cleaning time, the optimum technology conditions as follows: 0.4% sodium hydroxide or 0.4% sodium hydroxide and sodium hypochlorite, cleaning temperature of 40 ℃, the time of 1 h. Conclusion Determine the ultrafi ltration membrane cleaning method can effectively increase the productivity of the reduning injection production, solve bottleneck in production.
