【摘要】 目的:探讨原发性肾上腺淋巴瘤的CT平扫和增强影像学表现。方法:回顾性分析4例病理证实为原发性肾上腺淋巴瘤患者的CT影像资料。结果:4例中双侧发病3例,单侧发病1例,共计7侧病灶;瘤体大小,长径3.6~15 cm,平均7.7 cm;短径2.8~6.4 cm平均4.6 cm;形态多样,椭圆形4侧,保持肾上腺轮廓1侧,不规则形2侧;边缘清晰6侧,边缘模糊1侧;CT平扫密度均匀3侧,密度不均匀4侧;CT增强均匀强化0侧,不均匀强化7侧,轻度强化5侧,中度强化2侧,重度强化0侧;条状及间隔强化5侧;7侧病灶均无钙化。结论:原发性肾上腺淋巴瘤的CT平扫与增强有一定特征性,结合临床及病史可提示诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the CT scan and enhanced imaging performance of primary adrenal lymphoma. Methods: The CT imaging data of 4 cases with primary adrenal lymphoma proved by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Including 3 bilateral lesions and 1 unilateral lesions, a total of 7 bilateral lesions. Tumorous size, major axis was 3.6cm~15cm,mean was 7.7cm,minor axis was 2.8cm~6.4cm,mean was 4.6cm.Form was diverse, the oval four, keep the adrenal contour one, irregular shape two. Sharp edge seven, edge blur one. The CT scan, density uniform three, uneven density four. The CT was enhancement, uniform reinforcement zero, uneven reinforced seven. Mild to strengthen five, moderate strengthening two, severe reinforcement zero. Strips and interval reinforcement five.7 side lesions are without calcification. Conclusion: The imaging findings of primary adrenal lymphoma have certain characteristic. According to the CT performance, can prompt diagnosis.更多还原
