【摘要】 目的:探讨CT引导下应用selding技术行PTCD治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸的操作方法,安全性及疗效。方法:回顾分析16例恶性梗阻性黄疸患者,在CT引导下应用selding技术行经皮肝穿刺左、右肝内扩张的胆管,穿刺成功后植入猪尾引流管进行胆汁外引流。结果:16例恶性梗阻性黄疸患者,1次成功的9例;2次成功的6例;3次成功的1例。胆汁引流通畅。结论:CT引导下应用selding技术行PTCD治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸安全有效,操作时间短,费用低,易于临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the operation method of CT guided selding technology application for PTCD in the treatment of malignant obstructive jaundice, safety and efficacy. Materials :And methods analysis of 16 cases of malignant obstructive jaundice were reviewed, the application of selding technology in CT guided percutaneous liver puncture of the left, right hepatic dilation of the bile duct, biliary drainage tube was implanted pigtail drainage after successful puncture. Results:16 cases of patients with malignant obstructive jaundice, 1 successful 9 cases; 2 successful 6 cases; 3 successful 1 cases. Bile drainage.
