图像引导放射治疗技术提高腹部肿瘤放射治疗精度的临床分析

【摘要】 目的:探讨图像引导方式治疗技术对腹部肿瘤患者的临床放射治疗的精度。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的10例采用Synergy IGRT加速器进行治疗的腹部肿瘤患者的临床资料,其中患者通过锥形束CT(CBCT)影像学技术获得左右(x)、头脚(y)、前后(z)方向的线性水平误差的具体资料以及分别以x、y、z轴旋转形成摆位误差,并对其摆位误差进行具体分析。结果:10例腹部肿瘤患者分别进行扫描,其中共进行30次CBCT,其中x、y、z的自由度以系统误差±随机误差表示,且分别为(0.16±0.08)cm、(0.07±0.14)cm、(-0.03±0.11)cm。另外x方向的摆位误差最小,z方向稍大、y方向的摆位误差最大。结论:图像引导放射治疗技术对腹部肿瘤患者的治疗,值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective: to study the image to guide treatment technology to the precision of the abdominal cancer for clinical radiotherapy. Methods: 10 cases in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed using Synergy IGRT accelerator for treatment of abdominal tumor patients’ clinical data, including patient through the cone beam CT(CBCT) imaging technology obtain about(x), head to feet(y) and(z) before and after the direction of the linear level error details as well as on the x, y, z axis rotation formed beam position error, and specific analysis of the beam position error. Results: 10 patients with abdominal tumors were scanned respectively, including a total of 30 times CBCT, where x, y, z degree of freedom expressed as a system plus or minus random errors, and respectively(0.16 + 0.08) cm,(0.07-0.14) cm, to 0.03 + /- 0.11 cm. Also set a minimum error of x direction, z direction is larger, the positioning error of y direction is the largest. Conclusion: image-guided radiation therapy technology for the treatment of patients with abdominal tumor, worthy of clinical application.
