【摘要】 目的:建立三黄油纱条的质量标准;方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别三黄油纱条中黄芩药材;高效液相色谱法测定三黄油纱条中黄芩苷含量;结果:三黄油纱条中黄芩有良好的鉴别特征,符合规定;黄芩苷在0.27~8.64μg范围内,进样量与其色谱峰峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均加样回收率为99.39%;结论:本鉴别和含量测定方法简单、快速、准确,可作为本品定性和定量检测方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish Quailty Standards For three yellow oily gauze a.Methods: TLC was used to identify Scutellariae Radix along with baicalin and HPLC was performed to determine the content of baicalin in three yellow oily gauze.Results: Identify characteristic of Scutellariae Radix in three yellow oily gauze was clear;the linear range of baicalin was from 0.27~8.64μg, the average recovery was 99.3 9%.Conclusion: The methods are rapid, simple and accurate and it can be used to control the quality of three yellow oily gauze.更多还原
