【摘要】 目的 观察乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中BRCA1、Ki-67及p53的表达及其与临床病理特征之间的关系。方法采用EliVision^TMplus两步免疫组化方法,检测BRCA1、Ki-67及P53在60例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织的表达情况。结果①60例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中,BRCA1的阳性率为60.0%（36/60）,Ki-67及p53的阳性率分别为56.67%（34/60）、48.33%（29/60）;②BRCA1蛋白表达与患者发病年龄、临床分期、伴有腋淋巴结转移以及组织学分级有关（P<0.05）,而与肿瘤大小无关（P>0.05）;Ki-67表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移、组织学分级有关（P<0.05）,与发病年龄、肿瘤大小无关（P>0.05）;p53表达与肿瘤大小、临床分期、淋巴结转移、组织学分级相关（P<0.05）,与发病年龄无关（P>0.05）;③BRCA1表达与Ki-67、p53均呈负相关（r₁=-0.577,P<0.05,r₂=-0.504,P<0.05）,Ki-67与p53的表达呈正相关（r=0.375,P<0.05）。结论 联合检测BRCA1、Ki-67及p53对乳腺癌的早期诊断、恶性程度判定和预后监测有重要意义,可为乳腺癌的个体化治疗提供有效的指针。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expressions of BRCAl,Ki-67 and p53 protein in invasive ductal carcinoma and discuss their correlations with clinicopathological features.Methods The expressions of BRCAl,Ki-67 and p53 were detected by immunohistochemistry with EliVisionTM plus two-step method in 60 samples of invasive ductal carcinoma tissue.Results The positive rate of BRCAl protein was 60.0%（36/60）.The positive rates of Ki-67 and p53 were 56.67%（34/60）and 48.33%（29/60）.The expression of BRCAl protein was related to the age of onset,clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and histological grade（P <0.05）,but not associated with tumor size（P >0.05）.The expression of Ki-67 was related to the clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and histological grade（P < 0.05）,but not associated with the age of onset or tumor size（P > 0.05）.The expression of p53 was related to the age of onset,clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and histological grade（P < 0.05）,but not associated with tumor size（P >0.05）.The expression of BRCAl protein in invasive ductal carcinoma was negatively correlated with Ki-67 and p53（r₁ =-0.577,P < 0.05,r₂ =-0.504,P < 0.05）.The expression of Ki-67 was positively correlated with p53（r =0.375,P < 0.05）.Conclusion Combined detection of BRCAl,Ki-67 and p53 is of important significance in early diagnosis,malignancy judgment and prognosis monitoring for invasive ductal carcinoma,which can provide effective indexes for individualized therapies.更多还原
