乳腺专用伽马成像、钼靶和高频超声在乳腺癌诊断中的对比研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨乳腺专用伽马成像(BSGI)对早期辅助诊断乳腺癌的临床应用价值。方法 对51例乳腺癌患者进行乳腺高频超声、钼靶及BSGI的检查,以病理诊断为基础,对BSGI进行敏感度和特异度分析并比较三种早期辅助诊断技术的优劣。结果BSGI在所有患者中的敏感度为94.1%,敏感度高于钼靶,不受乳腺致密性的影响,在直径2~5 cm的肿瘤中检出率最高。但其对转移淋巴结的敏感度仅为28.6%。结论BSGI成像技术是一种新型早期辅助诊断乳腺癌的检查技术,具有较高的敏感度,适合于致密性乳腺和原位癌的辅助诊断,对于诊断淋巴结转移情况有局限性。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value of breast-specific gamma imaging(BSGI)on the early auxiliary diagnosis of breast cancer and compare it with molybdenum target mammography and breast ultrasonography.Methods A total of 51 cases of breast masses underwent breast ultrasonography,mammography and BSGI simultaneously.The sensitivity and specificity of BSGI were analyzed according to the pathological diagnosis.Pros and cons of the above auxiliary diagnostic methods at the early stage were compared for analysis.Results The sensitivity of BSGI in all patients was 94.1%,which was higher than the mammography.As it was not affected by the breast density,the detection rate of BSGI was the highest for the tumor with a diameter of 2-5cm.However,the sensitivity of BSGI in metastatic lymph nodes was only 28.57%.Conclusion BSGI is a new kind of examination technology for the auxiliary diagnosis of early breast cancer.It’s highly sensitive,which is suitable for the auxiliary diagnosis of dense breast and carcinoma in situ.However,it has limitation in diagnosing lymph node metastasis.
