【摘要】 目的 探讨抑癌基因去整合素蛋白酶23(ADAM23)的表达与结直肠癌肝转移发生发展的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学和荧光实时定量PCR方法 分析31例结直肠癌患者的癌组织、肝转移灶组织和正常结直肠黏膜组织中的ADAM23蛋白和mRNA表达情况。结果 ADAM23蛋白和mRNA在结直肠癌组织和肝转移癌组织中的表达明显低于正常结直肠癌黏膜组织(P<0.05);肝转移癌组织中ADAM23蛋白和mRNA的表达明显低于结直肠癌组织(P<0.05)。结论 ADAM23的异常表达可能在结直肠癌及其肝转移的发生发展中起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between ADAM23 expression and liver metastasis development in colorectal cancer.Methods Immunohistochemistry and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR were used to detect the expression of ADAM23 protein and mRNA in colorectal cancer,metastatic liver cancer and normal colorectal mucosa tissues of 31 patients.Results The expression of ADAM23 protein and mRNA in normal colorectal mucosa tissues was significantly higher than that in colorectal cancer and metastatic liver cancer(P<0.05).The expression of ADAM23 protein and mRNA in colorectal cancer was significantly higher than that in metastatic liver cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormal expression of ADAM23 might play an important role in genesis,progression and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.更多还原
