【摘要】 目的 探讨全病程个案管理对社区精神分裂症患者康复的影响。方法 将生活在社区的纳入国家重性精神疾病管理治疗项目实行全病程个案管理的精神分裂症患者100例设为研究组,将未纳入重性精神疾病管理,能够定期复诊的精神分裂症患者100例设为对照组。采用阳性与阴性症状量表、日常生活能力量表、社会功能缺陷筛查量表评定治疗效果。结果 治疗后研究组各量表评分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05或0.01),对照组治疗前后则无显著变化(P>0.05);研究组治疗6个月后各量表评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论对社区精神分裂症患者实行全病程个案管理,可显著改善患者的精神症状和社会功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of whole-course case management of community schizophrenic’ rehabilitation.Methods A total of 100 schizophrenics who lived in community and were included in the ’Central Government Support for the Local Management and Treatment of Severe Mental Illness Project’(686 Project) whole-course management were assigned to research group and 100 ones who weren’t included and could regularly revisited to control group.Therapeutic effects were assessed with the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS),Activities of Daily Living Scale(ADD and Social Disability Screening Schedule(SDSS).Results After treatment all scale scores lowered more significantly compared with pretreatment in research group(P<0.05 or 0.01),control group had no notable changes(P>0.05);after 6 month treatment all scale scores were significantly lower in research than control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion Whole-course case management of community schizophrenic could notably improve patients’ mental symptoms and social functions.更多还原
