【摘要】 目的 探讨丙戊酸镁缓释片联合不同新型抗精神病药物对复发性躁狂发作患者血糖、血脂代谢的影响。方法 将100例复发性躁狂症患者分为4组,每组25例,均口服丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗,在此基础上A组口服阿立哌唑治疗、B组口服利培酮治疗、C组口服齐拉西酮治疗、D组口服奥氮平治疗,观察12周。于治疗前后检测4组患者血糖、血脂的变化。结果 治疗后4组患者空腹血糖水平均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05或0.01),血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油水平虽较治疗前升高,但差异无显著性(P>0.05),同期组间两两比较差异均无显著性(P>0.05);治疗后4组空腹血糖、血清总胆固醇异常检出率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),三酰甘油异常检出率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),其中C组、D组显著高于A组(x~2=4.44、4.44,P<0.05)。结论 丙戊酸镁缓释片联合不同新型抗精神病药物对复发性躁狂发作患者血糖、血脂代谢的影响有所不同,其影响程度由小到大依次为阿立哌唑、利培酮、奥氮平、齐拉西酮。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of magnesium valproate sustained-release tablets(MVSTs)combined with different novel antipsychotics on blood glucose and lipid metabolism of recurrent mania patients.Methods A total of 100 recurrent mania patients were assigned to 4 groups of 25 ones each,all pa tients took orally MVSTs.on this basis group A was plus aripiprazole.B risperidone.C ziprasidone and I)olanzapine for 12 weeks.Blood glucose and lipid changes were detected before and after treatment.Results After treatment fasting blood glucose of all patients heightened more significantly compared with pretreatment(P<0.05 or 0.01);serum total cholesterol and triglyceride heightened,but differences had no significance(P>0.05),and there were no significances in contemporaneous intergroup pairwise comparisons(P>0.05);after treatment there were no significant differences in detection rates of abnormal fasting blood glucose and serum total cholesterol among 4 groups(P>0.05) and were in those of triaeylglycerol(P<0.05).and those of group C and D were significantly higher than that of A(x~2=4.44,4.44.P<0.05).Conclusion MVSTs combined with different novel antipsychotics have different influences on blood glucose and lipid metabolism of recurrent mania patients,their influence degrees are in turn aripiprazole.risperidone,olanzapine and ziprasidone from small to large.更多还原
