【摘要】 目的 探讨可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体1(soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase-1,sFlt-1)在IgA肾病中表达变化的临床意义与病理类型之间的关系。方法 选取2005年1月至2013年3月期间内蒙古自治区医院经肾活检确诊为IgA肾病的80例患者作为病例组,选30名健康献血者作为对照组,测定两组所有人员血浆中sFlt-1表达水平。将80例病例组患者按IgA肾病病理表现分为新月体形成组(36例)及硬化肾小球组(20例),另有24例IgA肾病患者同时存在新月体形成及硬化肾小球,对比sFlt-1在新月体形成组和硬化肾小球组的相关性。结果 病例组血浆sFlt-1明显高于对照组(P<0.01);病例组中新月体形成组的患者血浆中sFlt-1含量明显升高,硬化肾小球组患者血浆中sFlt-1含量相对偏低,sFlt-1与新月体比例呈正相关,而与硬化肾小球比例不相关。结论 检测sFlt-1在IgA肾病中有重要的临床意义,sFlt-1与IgA肾病病理类型有相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Study clinical signifi6 ance in the changes of soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase-1 expression of IgA nephropathy and its related links with pathology phenotpes of IgA nephropathy.Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor Methods Select 80 patients with IgA nephropathy of kidney biopsy-confirmed during the January 2005-march 2013 in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region hospital as a group of cases,selected 30 healthy blood donors as the control group.Detecting the plasma levels of soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase-1 in the IgA nephropathy group and the control group;Divide the IgA patients into two groups:one group with crescent formation and the other group with sclerosis glomerulus,and compare detecting the plasma levels of soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase-1 ng the correlation of the soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase-1.Apply SPSS 13.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results The plasma levels of sFlt-1 in IgA group was significantly higher than the normal control group(P<0.01),the levels of sFlt-1 group of IgA nephropathy patients with crescent formation are significantly higher,but are lower in IgAN patients with sclerotic glomeruli,levels of sFlt-1 are positively correlated with crescent ratio,but are not correlated with sclerotic glomeruli ratio.Conclusions Detecting the plasma levels of soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase-1 has a important clinical significance,sFlt-1 and IgA nephropathy has correlation.更多还原
