【摘要】 报告1例艾滋病并发皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤。患者男,46岁。因全身泛发多数红色丘疹、结节5个月,伴瘙痒就诊。组织病理检查提示真皮浅层表现为以淋巴细胞为主的浸润,毛囊附属器周围淋巴细胞浸润,部分细胞核大、异形;免疫组化染色报告CD3、CD45RO抗体阳性,CD20、多发性骨髓瘤原癌基因(MUM)1、CD138抗体阴性。HIV抗体初筛试验及确证试验均阳性。T细胞亚群CD4~+计数126个/μL,CD8计数840个/μL,CD4/CD8比值0.15。更多还原

【Abstract】 A case of cutaneous T cell lymphoma in patient with AIDS is reported.A 46-year-old man presented with multiple red papules and nodules on the trunk and limbs for 5 months.Histopathology of the skin lesion revealed lymphocytic infiltration in the superficial dermis and the hair follicles.Atypical cells with large nucleus were present.Immunohistochemical staining demonstrated strongly positive for CD3,CD45 RO and negative for CD20,MUM-1 and CD138.HIV antibody screening test and confirmatory test were positive.CD4~+T and CD8~+T cell counts were 126/μL and 840/μL,respectively.CD4/CD8 ratio was 0.15.更多还原
