【Abstract】 We here present a case of aneurysmal fibrous histiocytoma.A 82-year-old man presented with a history of nodule on the extensor of his left upper arm and gradually enlarged for 4 months without symptom.Physical examination revealed a dark red nodule on the extensor of the left upper arm.Histopathology showed blood-filled spaces within the fibrous histiocytoma.After excision of nodule no recurrence occurred in the follow-up.更多还原
