【摘要】 目的探讨全身麻醉中使用可视内窥镜和普通喉镜插管对术后咽喉疼痛(POST)的影响。方法选择择期非咽喉部及颈部手术患者100例,全麻诱导后随机使用一种方式插管,根据使用喉镜不同分为两组:可视内窥镜组(A组)和普通喉镜组(B组)。术中常规监测BP、HR、PETCO2、气道峰压(Pmax)、平均气道压(Pmean),同时监测气管导管气囊压力。分别在术后2、24、48h对患者进行回访,记录患者咽喉部及手术切口部的疼痛、干燥、烧灼感等不适反应。结果 A组术后咽喉部2、24h的累积疼痛评分明显小于B组(P<0.05),POST发生率明显低于B组(P<0.05)。结论使用可视内窥镜插管可降低POST的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the variance of the postoperative sore throat(POST) between intubation with general laryngoscope and visual endoscope in general anaesthesia. Methods One hundred patients undergoing elective non-throat and non-neck surgery were randomized into two groups:group A(n=50)was intubated with visual endoscope and group B(n=50)was intubated with general laryngoscope.BP,HR,PETCO2,Pmax,Pmean and the endotracheal tube cuffs pressure were monitored in the operation.Laryngopharyngeal discomfort and pain of the surgical incision at 2,24,and 48hafter operation were recorded.Results The accumulated scores of throat pain at 2,24h postoperation in group A was(11,20),which was less than(19,30)in group B(P<0.05),and the incidence of POST was lower than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Using visual endoscopic intubation can reduce the incidence of the POST.更多还原
