【摘要】 目的:探寻一种优于传统口内进路与颈部横行切口进路的经颌下手术进路的茎突切断术术式。方法:通过改良后的茎突切断术新手术进路用于需行茎突切断术的11例患者。观察这种进路的手术野显露程度、术中寻找茎突情况、出血情况、术后神经功能恢复情况。结果:11例患者利用新的手术进路均可很好地显露茎突,满足茎突过长手术的需要,术中沿茎突舌骨肌下段容易寻找过长的茎突,所有手术伤口均I期愈合,除1例术后有暂时性面神经下颌缘支轻度麻痹外均无神经功能方面的并发症,手术效果良好。结论:茎突切断术经颌下手术进路有良好的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:During elongated styloid process operation,an better surgery approach compared with traditional intra-oral approach and the neck transverse incision through forward part of sternocleidomastoid is explored.Method:Through observing the appearance after utilizing this approach,the easy way to finding styloid process, the bleeding situation during operation,the neurological function after operation and the learning about satisfaction of patient.Result:the styloid process could be observed after 11 patient treated with new approach,which could meet the requirement of appearance for elongated styloid process surgery and it is easier to find the elongated styloid process through the lower part of Styloid process hyoid muscle,moreover,all the operative wound could heal at the I stage with no complication of neurological function for patients except one with temporary facial nerve marginal mandibular branch. The satisfaction of patient could reach up to 100 %. Conclusion:The styloid process cut short operation Submandibulla new approach is a better surgery one deserved to being promoted with good clinical value.更多还原
