壳聚糖载药膜引导牙周组织再生的动物实验研究

【摘要】 目的:观察壳聚糖载药膜引导犬牙牙周组织再生的效果。方法:选取18月龄雄性Beagle犬4只,选取下颌第2、3、4前磨牙,同颌对侧同名牙随机纳入实验组或者对照组,采用牙周手术方法建立牙周骨缺损模型。实验组在骨缺损处放置壳聚糖载药膜,对照组不植入任何材料。术后8周处死实验动物,进行组织病理学分析。结果:实验组出现明显的牙周组织再生,而对照组仅有少量的牙周组织再生。实验组和对照组相比差异有统计学意义。结论:壳聚糖载洗必泰药膜有效发挥了壳聚糖和洗必泰各自的作用,可以有效促进牙周组织再生与修复。

【Abstract】 Objective:to observe the effect of the guided periodontal tissue regeneration of the drug loaded chitosan membrane. Method:18 months old male Beagle dogs were selected in the 2,3,4 premolar teeth of the control side with randomly into experimental group and control group,establish periodontal bone defect models using periodontal operation method,manufacturing periodontal defect,the experimental groups were placed with the loaded chitosan membrane in bone defect,nothing was implanted into the control groups. The experimental animals were sacrificed 8 weeks after operation,and the periodontal regeneration was observed histologically. Result:The histological observation showed that the experimental groups achieved apparent periodontal tissue regeneration,while the control groups got only a small amount of periodontal tissue regeneration. Conclusion:The drug-loaded chitosan membrane effectively played the role of chitosan and chlorhexidine respectively,and can effectively promote the periodontal tissue regeneration and repair.
