【摘要】 目的:探讨长效硅橡胶软衬材料对疑难全口义齿修复后义齿满意度的影响。方法:选择95例因牙槽嵴条件差而导致下颌总义齿固位不良或压痛的患者,随机分为软衬组和对照组,分别于修复后3个月和12个月进行满意度问卷调查。结果:软衬组和对照组满意度调查结果比较,在固位效果、咀嚼功能、舒适度方面的满意度有显著差异(P<0.01),软衬后12个月与3个月的固位效果、咀嚼功能和舒适度的满意度结果相比没有明显差异(P>0.05)。美观效果和语言功能两组没有明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:对牙槽嵴条件差的疑难全口义齿修复患者,使用长效热凝硅橡胶软衬可以提高义齿使用的满意度,长效硅橡胶软衬材料使用寿命长,可以维持较长时间的义齿满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the impact of long-lasting silicone soft-lined materials on the satisfaction of patients with difficult Complete Dentures. Method:95 patients with poor retention of the mandibular denture or tenderness due to poor conditions of alveolar ridge were randomly assigned to two groups:group A repaired their complete dentures with Molloplast-B long-term thermal coagulation silicone rubber soft-lined materials while group B without. Result:there is a statistically significant(P <0.01)difference between the two groups in terms of retention effect,chewing function and comfort satisfaction. Within group A,there are no significant differences(P >0.05)between questionnaires collected 12 months after the repair and 3 months in terms of retention effect,chewing function and comfort satisfaction with soft-lined materials. The two groups also had no significant differences in language features and beautiful effect. Conclusion:For those difficult complete denture patients due to poor conditions of alveolar ridge,the application of Molloplast-B long-term thermal coagulation silicone rubber soft-lined could improve the satisfaction of patients’ denture usage. In addition,the silicone rubber softlined materials could maintain the usage satisfaction for a longer period as a result of its long-lasting nature.更多还原
