【摘要】 目的:探讨哌罗匹隆治疗老年期首发精神分裂症的疗效及其对体质量、糖脂代谢的影响。方法:72例老年期首发精神分裂症患者随机分为哌罗匹隆组和利培酮组并予以相应的药物治疗8周。治疗前后进行阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)、临床总体印象量表(CGI-SI)及治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)评定,以及体质量、血糖、血脂测定。结果:治疗后哌罗匹隆组总有效率(83.33%)与利培酮组(80.56%)差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.094,P>0.05);哌罗匹隆组低密度脂蛋白水平较治疗前明显增加(P<0.05);利培酮组体质量、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、血三酰甘油、总胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白水平较治疗前明显增加,高密度脂蛋白水平明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);两组TESS评分差异无统计学意义。结论:哌罗匹隆治疗老年期首发精神分裂症的疗效与利培酮相当,对体质量、糖脂代谢影响较小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the efficacy of perospirone and its influence on body mass,glucose and lipid metabolism in first-episode elderly schizophrenic patients. Method: Seventy-two first episode elderly schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into perospirone group and risperidone group,and treated with corresponding drug for 8 weeks. Efficacy and adverse events were assessed by positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS),clinical global impression scale(CGI-SI) and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS) before and and after treatment. While,the body mass,blood sugar and blood lipid were detected. Results: The total efficiency between perospirone group(83. 33%) and risperidone group(80. 56%) was not significantly different(χ2= 0. 094,P > 0. 05). The level of low density lipoprotein in perospirone group was significantly increased than before treatment(P < 0. 05). The body mass,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2 h postprandial glucose,triglyceride,total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein in risperidone group were significantly increased,the level of high density lipoprotein was significantly decreased than before treatment(P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01).Conclusion: The efficiency of perospirone in first episode elderly schizophrenic patients is equal as risperidone,and its influence on body mass,glucose and lipid metabolism is smaller.更多还原
