【摘要】 目的探讨甲板及甲基质部分切除联合拇趾腹重建甲沟治疗嵌甲性甲沟炎的临床疗效。方法对76例嵌甲性甲沟炎患者采用甲板及甲基质部分切除联合拇趾腹重建甲沟术治疗,评价治疗效果。结果 76例均获随访,时间8~12个月。2例复发残甲,总有效率达97.4%。结论采用甲板及甲基质部分切除联合拇趾腹重建甲沟术治疗嵌甲性甲沟炎操作简便,对趾甲损伤小,患者痛苦轻,并发症少,治愈率高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of deck and toe nail matrix partial resection with abdominal reconstruction in treatment of ingrown toenails paronychia. Methods 76 patients with ingrown toenails paronychia were treated with deck and toe nail matrix partial resection with abdominal reconstruction. Results 76 cases were received follow-up for 8 ~ 12 months. 2 cases got recurrence of residual armour. The total effective rate was 97. 4%. Conclusions Deck and toe nail matrix partial resection with abdominal reconstruction in treatment of ingrown toenails paronychia have advantages of easy operation,little damage to the toenail,less pain,fewer complications,the cure rate is high.更多还原
