动力髋螺旋刀片系统治疗老年稳定性股骨转子间骨折

【摘要】 <正>2010年7月~2012年8月,我科应用动力髋螺旋刀片系统(DHSA)治疗21例稳定性股骨转子骨折患者,疗效满意,报道如下。1材料与方法1.1病例资料本组21例,男9例,女12例,年龄61~81岁。左侧11例,右侧10例。Evans分型:Ⅰ型13例,Ⅱ型8例。均为闭合骨折。合并症:高血压7更多还原
