【摘要】 目的探讨涤纶带重建喙锁韧带治疗肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效。方法将106例RockwoodⅢ~Ⅴ型肩锁关节脱位患者按治疗方法分为两组:A组56例,采用涤纶带重建喙锁韧带;B组50例,采用锁骨钩钢板内固定。比较两组的手术时间、住院费用、功能恢复及并发症等情况。结果 A组在手术时间、住院费用方面明显低于B组(P<0.05)。术后15个月Constant评分:A组优21例,良29例,中6例,优良率89%;B组优23例,良20例,中7例,优良率86%。术后1、6个月A组功能恢复优于B组(P<0.05),术后15个月两组功能恢复比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论涤纶带重建喙锁韧带治疗RockwoodⅢ~Ⅴ型肩锁关节脱位临床疗效较好,较锁骨钩钢板内固定手术时间短、并发症少、费用低,且无需二次手术取出内固定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of reconstructing the coracoclavicular ligament by using the terylene band for acromioclavicular dislocation. Methods A total of 106 patients with Rockwood type Ⅲ ~ Ⅴ acromioclavicular dislocation were treated by one of these two methods: terylene band( in group A of 56 cases) and clavicular hook plate( in group B of 50 cases). The comparison includes: operation time,hospitalization expenses,functional recovery and complications. Results The outcomes of group A were better than group B on the operation time and hospitalization expenses( P < 0. 05). The results were evaluated by Constant score: excellent in 21 cases,good in 29 cases, fair in 6 cases for group A and excellent in 23 cases,good in 20 cases,fair in 7 cases for group B,and the excellentgood rate of group A,B was 89% and 86%. The functional recovery 1 and 6 months after surgery of group A was better than group B( P < 0. 05). The difference of the functional recovery 15 months after surgery between these two groups was not significant( P > 0. 05). Conclusions Terylene band is a better way to treat acromioclavicular dislocation. Compared with the clavicular hook plate,terylene band can save the operation time and the hospitalization expenses,which causes less complications furthermore.更多还原
