【摘要】 目的探讨经肠梗阻导管造影在小肠梗阻诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析31例肠梗阻患者的临床资料,应用数字胃肠机,经肠梗阻导管注入对比剂,透视下观察,适时点片,保留信息,对小肠梗阻的部位、范围、性质作出影像学诊断,并追踪临床手术及治疗结果。结果肠梗阻影像诊断符合率为93.5%,分别为肠粘连100%,肠肿瘤85%,肠结石100%,肠内疝75%,肠套叠100%,粘连性肠梗阻解除率为84.6%。结论经肠梗阻导管造影对小肠梗阻的定性定位诊断有较高的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application of transcatheter small intestinal radiography in diagnosing intestinal obstruction.Methods The imaging manifestations of thirty-one patients with bowel obstruction were retrospectively analyzed.Under fluoroscopic monitoring,contrast agent was injected into the small intestine through bowel obstruction catheter,and spot film was employed by using a digital gastrointestinal X-ray machine.The site,extent and nature of small bowel obstruction were determined.Surgery was carried out and the therapeutic results were evaluated.Results The diagnostic accordance rate for bowel obstruction was 93.5%.The primary lesions(and its coincidence rate) included intestinal adhesion(100%),intestinal tumor(85%),bowel calculi(100%),intestinal hernia(75%) and intussusception(100%) respectively.The release rate of adhesion intestinal obstruction was 84.6%.Conclusion Transcatheter small intestinal radiography may contribute to make localizing and qualitative diagnosis for small intestinal obstruction.更多还原
