【摘要】 目的研究软组织窗和骨窗双窗重组在诊断眼眶内植物性异物上的作用。方法对21例植物性外伤史患者行CT检查均行软组织窗和骨窗重组,观察异物不同时期在双窗下的影像表现,统计CT双窗诊断的准确率。结果 21例中,急性期11例,亚急性期7例,慢性期3例。CT在急性期诊断准确率达80%以上,亚急性期和慢性期达100%。结论 CT双窗重组对于急性期植物性异物的诊断有明显的优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate high resolution CT dual window( soft tissue window together with bone window) reconstruction in diagnosing intraorbital plant foreign bodies. Methods CT scanning with soft tissue window and bone window reconstruction was carried out in 21 patients with intraorbital plant foreign bodies. The appearance of the foreign bodies in different stages was observed,and the diagnostic accuracy of CT scanning was analyzed. Results Among the 21 cases, 11 were in acute stage,7 in subacute stage and 3 in chronic stage. The diagnostic accuracy of CT scanning was over 80% for intraorbital plant foreign bodies in acute stage,and was 100% for intraorbital plant foreign bodies in subacute and chronic stage. Conclusion Dual window reconstruction is very helpful in diagnosing intraorbital plant foreign bodies at acute stage.更多还原
