【摘要】 目的观察静注人免疫球蛋白在治疗新生儿感染性肺炎中的应用价值。方法选取80例感染性肺炎新生儿随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例,治疗组在对照组常规治疗基础上给予静注人免疫球蛋白,连续治疗7 d为1个疗程,比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率、PaO2、PaCO2改善水平、呼吸困难、肺部湿啰音消失时间及住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论静注人免疫球蛋白可改善感染性肺炎患儿症状、体征,提高临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the application value of human immunoglobulin for intravenous injection in the treatment of neonatal infectious pneumonia. Methods 80 cases of neonatal pneumonia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 40 cases in each group. The treatment group received was given the human immunoglobulin for intravenous injection based on the control group of routine treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The improvement of total effective rate,PaO2,PaCO2,difficulty in breathing,pulmonary rales disappearance time and duration of hospital stay was more pronounced in the treatment group than in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Human immunoglobulin for intravenous injection can improve the symptoms,signs of infection in children with pneumonia,and improve the clinical efficacy,which is worthy of popularization and application.更多还原
