【摘要】 目的利用免疫组化法检测临床分期为I期的非小细胞肺癌患者淋巴结中表达诊断淋巴结微转移。方法检测临床分期为I期的、常规病理检查阴性的非小细胞肺癌患者及肺炎性假瘤患者肺门、纵隔淋巴结中细胞角蛋白表达水平。结果肺癌组淋巴结微转移阳性检出率20.91%。结论免疫组化法检测细胞角蛋白表达能较早发现非小细胞肺癌患者淋巴结微转移。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between cytokeratin expression and lymph node metastasis of patients with non-small cell lung cancer at stage Ⅰ by immunohistochemical method. Methods The expression of cytokeratin was detected in NSCLC patients at stage Ⅰ and pulmonary hilus and mediastinal lymph node of patients with inflammatory pseudotumor. Results The positive rate of lymph node micro-metastasis was 20. 91% in patients with lung cancer. Conclusion Immunohistochemical detection of cytokeratin expression can reflect lymph node micro-metastasis earlier in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.更多还原
