【摘要】 目的观察ADAMTS-7在肺动脉高压患者肺组织中的表达情况。方法取肺动脉高压患者肺组织20例(病例组),肺动脉压力正常患者肺组织20例(对照组)。两组肺组织切片用免疫组化法观察肺中的ADAMTS-7的表达情况,肺组织提取RNA行RT-PCR对ADAMTS-7表达量进行半定量分析。结果病例组肺组织中的ADAMTS-7表达显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肺动脉高压患者肺组织中ADAMTS-7表达明显增多。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observed the expression of ADAMTS-7 in lung tissues of patients with pulmonary hypertension. Methods 20 patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension were selected as the case group and 20 patients without pulmonary arterial were taken as the control group. Their lung tissue was taken to observe the expression of ADAMTS-7 by immunohistochemistry and was given semi-quantitative analysis by RT-PCR. Results The expression of ADAMTS-7 increased more significantly in the case group than in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The expression of ADAMTS-7 in lung tissues of patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension increases obviously.更多还原
