二元共聚物混合体系薄膜蒸汽退火自组装
Thin Film Self-Assembly of Binary Copolymer Mixtures by Solvent Vapor Annealing
【摘要】 借助原子力显微镜(AFM)研究了不同链段长度的聚苯乙烯-b-聚2-乙烯基吡啶(PS-b-P2VP)在氯仿或者四氢呋喃中溶解后,其薄膜在乙醇蒸汽中退火的自组装行为。主要研究了混合比例、溶剂、以及蒸汽退火时间对薄膜自组装的影响。研究发现改变混合比例、蒸汽退火时间可以有效调控薄膜自组装的结构和尺寸,得到了一系列不同形貌和尺寸的自组装结构;相比氯仿,四氢呋喃更有利于混合体系薄膜自组装的相分离。
【Abstract】 The block copolymers polystyrene-block-poly(2-vinylpyridine)(PS-b-P2VP) with different chain length were dissolved in chloroform or tetrahydrofuran. The self-assembly of the copolymers thin film by ethanol vapor annealing was investigated using atomic force microscopy(AFM). The influences of blending ratio, solvent and vapor annealing time on the thin film selfassembly were studied. The results show that the self-assembly structure and size can be efficiently controlled by varying the blending ratio and vapor annealing time, and a series of self-assembly structures with different morphologies and sizes were obtained. Tetrahydrofuran is more beneficial to strengthen the phase separation of the thin film self-assembly of blending system than chloroform.
