MoSi2基高温结构材料高温相变行为的研究进展
Research Progress in Phase Transition Behaviors of MoSi2-based High-temperature Structural Materials
【摘要】 就MoSi2基高温结构材料的研究进展进行了评估,详细介绍了目前国内外对Mo-Si、Mo-C和Si-C 3个二元系以及Mo-Si-C三元系的相关研究成果;重点分析了MoSi2基复合材料的高温相变行为,以便为该类材料的实际应用提供理论指导。
【Abstract】 After an evaluation of the progress in research of MoSi2-based high-temperature structural materials,a detailed introduction of the achievements in research of binary Mo-Si,Mo-C and Si-C and ternary Mo-Si-C systems at home and abroad was presented. The emphasis was put on the analysis of high-temperature phase transition behaviors of MoSi2-based composites so as to provide theoretical guidance for the practical application of such materials.
