国外某复杂钛铁矿的选矿试验研究
Experimental Research on Mineral Processing of Some Complicated Ilmenite Ore from Abroad
【摘要】 采用阶段磨矿-阶段选别的磁选-浮选联合流程对国外某复杂钛铁矿矿石进行了选矿试验研究,结果表明,对于含Fe51.47%、含TiO213.53%的原矿,可以获得含Fe 65.12%、回收率78.60%的铁精矿和含TiO245.12%、回收率45.03%的钛精矿。
【Abstract】 Mineral processing study was conducted for a complicated overseas ilmenite ore adopting a combined flowsheet of magnetic separation and flotation featuring stage-grinding and stage-concentration. Results show that,from this run-ofmine ore with a TFe and TiO2grade of 51. 47% and 13. 53%,respectively,an iron concentrate with TFe grade and recovery of 65. 12% and 78. 60%,respectively,and a titanium concentrate with TiO2grade and recovery of 45. 12% and 45. 03%,respectively,can be obtained.
