关于纳米技术的思考:从原子团簇基础研究到纳米技术应用探索
Retrospection and Perspective of Nanotechnology
【摘要】 纳米技术的本质是在原子分子层次上,研究尺度在10-910-7米范围内物质的结构及物理、化学和生物性质所呈现的重要变化。其目的是对纳米尺度的物质进行操控,在探索其性质基础上构建自然界还没有的新材料和新器件。
【Abstract】 Since the discovery of many critically new properties of materials in the scale of nanometer,which have not been founded before,the nanotechnology becomes so important in exploring new materials and their preparation methods.
