【摘要】 我国道路危险品运输的种类繁多、运输量巨大,相应交通事故频发,造成了巨大的人员伤亡和经济损失。从系统的角度出发,针对道路危险品运输企业、运输车辆、事故应急指挥中心三方信息沟通不畅的问题,搭建了由上述三个子部分构成的监控、预警、报警、救援一体化信息系统,实现了定位运输车辆位置、监控运输车辆状态、异常状态预警、危险报警、应急救援决策等功能,最大程度地保障了道路危险品运输的安全性、可靠性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In China there’s a variety of road transport of dangerous goods with huge traffic volume,which has caused frequent traffic accidents. As a result huge casualties and economic losses have occurred. Because of the problem that dangerous goods transport companies,transport vehicles and emergency command center cannot have good communication,monitoring try be to set up,warning,alarm,rescuing information system consisting of the three previously mentioned sub-parts. The system has realized the following functions: positioning transport vehicle location,monitoring status of transport vehicles,abnormal state alerting,hazard warning,emergency response and decision-making,ensuring the maximum level of protection of the safety and reliability of the road transport of dangerous goods.更多还原
