海带对密执安棒形杆菌环腐亚种的抑菌活性及其加工制剂的研究
Studies on the Antimicrobial Activity of Laminaria japonica against Clavibater michiganense subsp. sepedonicum and Formulation Proeessing
【摘要】 报道了海带乙醇提取物对密执安棒形杆菌环腐亚种的抑菌作用。海带乙醇提取物对密执安棒形杆菌环腐亚种的最低抑菌浓度为0.38 mg/mL,最低杀菌浓度为0.75 mg/mL。稳定性实验结果表明:海带乙醇提取物在pH为5时,可达到最好的抑菌效果。提取物在紫外光下的抑菌活性稳定。Mn2+、Ba2+、Zn2+、Fe3+可增强提取物的抑菌活性,Ca2+可降低提取物的抑菌活性。海带乳油的配方为:提取物(20%)、乙醇(10%)、吐温-80(4%)及水(66%)。海带乳油具有良好的稳定性及分散性,可以作为化学杀菌剂的代替品开发利用。
【Abstract】 The antimicrobial activity of Laminaria japonica ethanol extracts against Clavibater michiganense subsp. sepedonicum( Spieckermann & Kotthoff) Davis et al is reported. The minimum inhibitory concentration( MIC) of L. japonica ethanol extracts against C. michiganense subsp. sepedonicum was 0. 38 mg / mL. The minimum bactericidal concentration( MBC) of L. japonica ethanol extracts against C. michiganense subsp. sepedonicum was 0. 75 mg / mL. Stability study demonstrated the highest antibacterial activity of L. japonica ethanol extracts was observed when pH was 5. The extracts were stable under ultraviolet( UV). Mn2 +,Ba2 +,Zn2 +and Fe3 +enhanced the antimicrobial activity of L. japonica ethanol extracts. Ca2 +decreased antimicrobial activity of L. japonica ethanol extracts. The ingredients of L. japonica emulsifiable concentrates were dryness of L. japonica extract( 20%),ethanol( 10%),twain-80( 4%),and water( 66%). L. japonica emulsifiable concentrates prepared good stability and diffusivity. It should be a safe alternative to chemical bactericides.
