重组血管内皮受体F3肽-铜绿假单胞菌外毒素A蛋白抑制肿瘤生长的实验研究
Recombinant Vascular Endothelial Receptor F3 Peptide-PE39KDEL Protein Inhibit Tumor Growth
【摘要】 检测融合表达的F3肽-铜绿假单胞菌外毒素A(F3-PE39KDEL)在抗肿瘤细胞及活体肿瘤抑制方面的作用效果。用MTT法检测F3-PE39KDEL对肿瘤细胞株的抑制活性。小鼠半致死剂量LD50检测毒理学性质,裸鼠成瘤实验检测F3-PE39KDEL对荷瘤裸鼠中肿瘤的生长抑制。结果表明,融合蛋白F3-PE39KDEL能很好抑制肿瘤细胞和人结肠癌的生长,同时具有较低的生物学毒性。说明F3-PE39KDEL具有抑制人结肠癌生长的潜在应用价值。
【Abstract】 Investigate the suppression effect of F3-PE39KDEL in tumor cells and in vivo tumor growth,activities of F3-PE39KDEL inhibiting tumor cells were detected by MTT method,and the toxicology was determined by mice Lethal Dose test. Balb / c nude mice were used as model to detect the activity of F3-PE39KDEL on inhibiting tumor growth. Results show that F3-PE39KDEL can inhibit tumor SW620 growth in vivo with low biological toxicity. It is F3-PE39KDEL has a potent utility in inhibiting tumor SW620 growth.
