采用X射线粉晶衍射仪实现岩石薄片中矿物的原位微区分析
USING X-RAY POWDER DIFFRACTOMETER TO ANALYZE IN SITU DIFFRACTION FOR MINERAL IN ROCK THIN SECTION
【摘要】 采用帕纳科(PANalytical)公司生产的型号为X\pert PRO的X射线粉晶衍射仪,对鄂尔多斯盆地方沸石岩薄片中的方沸石进行原位微区衍射,成功地确定了方沸石的物相。此次实验中,仪器在入射光路,配备点光源和光导毛细管,毛细管直径为100um;衍射光路上则使用了超能探测器(X′Celerator)。实验条件为:加速电压40kV,电流40mA,Cu靶,Ni滤波。将获得的方沸石衍射数据与编号为41-1478标准卡片对比,发现实验结果具有一定程度的定向性。在此基础上,提出微区X射线粉晶衍射方法的样品需满足两个要求:1)矿物颗粒的粒径小于30um;2)在X光束照射的区域内,同种矿物的颗粒要含量集中。该方法与电子探针分析相结合,可以更准确地鉴定矿物。
【Abstract】 X-ray powder diffractometer(Type X\pert PRO)made by PANalytical is used,and the analcime in thin section of analcite from Ordos Basin was in situ diffracted and the mineral phase of the analcime was precisely determined.In the experiment,the diffractometer was equipped with point focus X-ray tube and mono-capillary(diameter is 100um)in incident beam path,and RTMS detector(Type X′Celerator)and Ni filter in diffracted beam path.The experiment was carried out under 40kV voltage and 40mA current.After comparing the diffraction data from the experiment with PDF(NO.41-1478)of analcime,it is found that the analcime in thin section is not random enough.According to the finding,the sample,which can determine the mineral phase using in situ X-ray powder diffractometer,must meet two conditions:1)the diameter of mineral gain is less than 30um and 2)there are abundant of same mineral grains in the region under the X-ray.The in situ X-ray powder diffraction method can be cooperated with electric probe microscope analysis to recognize the nature of mineral precisely.
