【Abstract】 After designing the fixed constructions list indicator selection method,we extracted four evaluation dimensions and designed the algorithm of dimension state values. According to modern comprehensive evaluation theory,we constructed the human resources strategic decision-making indexes screen integration model based on grey absolute correlation degree. The conclusion of this paper provides operational tools for organizations to obtain systemic and reliable human resources strategy decision-making basis,and it also provides essential theoretical support for the organizations strategic objectives realization.更多还原
