煤层回采工作面顶板跨落形态的有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis and Simulation of Roof Caving Characteristics in Coal Mining Face
【摘要】 Mohr-Coulomb屈服准则在确定煤岩地层强度准则方面有着广泛的应用,但该准则在π平面上为不规则的六边形,在连续介质有限元分析过程中存在两种极限逼近状态,会造成计算结果的不可靠。本文采用平面应变条件下在π平面上与Mohr-Coulomb相匹配的Drucker-Prager内切圆屈服准则,提出了平面应变条件下与MohrCoulomb相匹配的Drucker-Prager屈服准则强度转换方法,并给出了Drucker-Prager内切圆向外切圆转换的强度增加系数和不同内摩擦角强度增加系数的适用范围,通过具体工程实例验证,为有限元强度增加法用于煤层工作面回采导致顶板岩层跨落形态、地表沉陷的有效性研究提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 Under the plane strain condition,this paper applies Drucker-Prager inscribed circle yield criterion,which matches Mohr-coulomb in theπplane,proposes the strength conversion method of yield criterion matching Mohr-coulomb,and puts forward the conversion coefficient from Drucker-prager inscribed circle to externally tangent circle and the application scope of strength increased coefficient of the different internal friction angle,and then takes a specific example of project to verify it.The paper proves the theoretical basis for the application of finite element strength increased method which prevents the field of roof strata collapse and surface subsidence effectively on coal face mining.
