复杂地质条件下特大断面隧道施工工法及其循环进尺参数的优化研究
Study on the Optimization of Construction Methods and Circulation Measurement Parameters for Super-large Cross Section Tunnel under Complicated Geological Conditions
【摘要】 针对高速铁路隧道建设地质条件复杂等特点,以发生坍塌情况下的某特大断面软岩隧道为研究对象,采用有限元数值模拟手段,对CD法和三台阶七步开挖法的施工工法及其循环进尺参数进行了优化研究,并与现场实测数据进行了对比分析与验证。结果表明:采用三台阶七步开挖法并优化其循环进尺参数后,隧道各施工步位移变形合理,可确保隧道施工安全;数值模拟结果与实测结果基本吻合,从而验证了数值模拟结果的可靠性。
【Abstract】 On the basis of the characteristics of the construction of high-speed railway tunnel under complicated geological conditions,this paper takes a super-large cross section tunnel of soft rock under the condition of collapse as research object.The paper analyzes CD method and"three benches and seven steps excavation method",optimizes circulation measurement parameters by using the finite element numerical simulation method and compares the results with the data of monitoring and measurement.The research results show that the displacement deformation of each step in the tunnel construction is reasonable and the construction is safe by selecting"three benches and seven steps excavation method"and optimizing its circulation measurement parameters.
