【摘要】 我国煤炭行业事故频发,而人的不安全行为引起了88%的事故,因此运用行为安全控制方法来控制人的不安全行为对减少煤矿事故有着重要意义。本文在分析国内外煤矿企业行为控制方法应用现状的基础上,认为我国煤矿企业在行为控制方法应用中存在着轻视行为控制方法的作用、对行为安全含义理解有误、缺乏行为控制手段等问题,并据此以行为安全"2-4模型"为基础,提出了安全行为控制模型。该模型针对企业事故发生的根源、关键、间接和直接原因分别提出了大量的行为控制方法,并给出了不安全行为的综合解决对策,可以有效地预防煤矿工人的不安全行为,从而减少煤矿企业事故的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Accidents in coal industry take place frequently in our country,and 88% of them are caused by people’s unsafe behavior.Therefore it is significant to apply behavior safety method in order to control people’s unsafe behavior.Analyzing the present situation of the application of behavior safety methods in domestic and foreign enterprises,this paper finds several problems in the application of behavior safety methods in Chinese coal mining enterprise:despising the function of behavior safety method,misunderstanding the implication of the behavior safety and the lack of behavior control means.To solve those problems,the paper raises an"unsafe behavior control model"based on the"2-4model",which proposes a lot of behavior control methods to deal with the root and radical,indirect and direct causes of accidents and puts forward comprehensive countermeasures of unsafe behavior.The model can effectively prevent unsafe behaviors of coal workers and reduce the occurrence of accidents in coal mining enterprises.更多还原
