辊压机辊轴结构改进设计
Improvement design on structure of roller of roller press
【摘要】 为了提高辊压机辊轴的使用寿命,降低更换成本,对其结构进行了改进设计。根据破碎原理,在辊面上镶嵌若干耐磨合金钢板,因钢板和铸造材料具有不同的耐磨性能,使得辊面在使用过程中始终保持凹凸不平。同时采用ANSYS Workbench对辊面进行有限元分析,可知改进后的辊轴具有较好的性能,而且产生的应力集中少,说明改进后的结构设计合理。
【Abstract】 To improve the service life of the roller of the roller press and reduce the roller replacement cost, its structure was redesigned and improved. According to crushing principle, a number of wearresistant alloy steel plates were set on the surface of the roller. Since the steel plate and the casting roller possessed different wear resistance, the surface of the roller always kept uneven during service. Meanwhile, ANSYS Workbench was applied to conduct FEA on the surface of the roller. The FEA results showed the improved roller possessed better performance and less stress concentration, which indicated the structural reasonableness of the improved roller.
