水泥磨机中空轴优化设计
Optimization design of trunnion in cement mill
【摘要】 由于磨机的长期运转,其关键部件中空轴在R区附近不同程度地出现裂纹,并迅速扩展,最终导致中空轴不能使用而报废。因此对?3.8 m×13 m水泥磨关键部件中空轴进行了优化设计,结果表明,优化后的中空轴结构合理,性能可靠,能很好地满足磨机的长期运行。
【Abstract】 Due to long-term operation of the mill, its key component, trunnion, formed various cracks near the R zone and then extended rapidly, which resulted in the reject of the trunnion. In the paper, the trunnion of ?3.8m×13m cement mill was optimized in its structure. The optimization results showed the optimized trunnion was reasonable in structure and reliable in performance, which guaranteed long-term operation of the mill.
