水射流破岩及切割的实验研究
Test study on water jet rock breaking and cutting
【摘要】 通过建立水射流破岩及切割试验平台,系统研究了切割深度与岩石特性、射流水力参数和运行参数间的相互关系。通过对大量试验数据的拟合,建立了切割深度与岩石抗压强度σC、硬度系数fT、射流压力p0、射流横向移动速度v、开凿次数N间的函数关系;利用相似理论建立了切割深度与射流出口速度、射流横向移动速度、射流压力和岩石抗压强度间的多元函数关系。该公式与试验数据具有较好的吻合度。
【Abstract】 On the built water jet rock breaking and cutting test bench, the paper studied the interrelationship between cutting depth with rock characters, jet hydraulic parameters and operative parameters. By fi tting a large amount of test data, it established the functional relationship between cutting depth with rock compressive strength σC, coeffi cient of hardness fT, jet pressure p0, horizontal jet movement velocity v and cutting number of times N. In addition, similarity theory was applied to establish the multivariate functional relationship among cutting depth, jet velocity at outlet, horizontal jet movement velocity, jet pressure and rock compressive strength. The functions had considerable alignment with the test data.
