【摘要】 目的:通过对上颌窦解剖结构的线性测量,为上颌窦相关手术提供解剖学和术前指导依据。方法:收集进行头颅锥形束CT检查的影像学数据,观察上颌窦骨分隔的发生,测量骨分隔的高度及其与腭中缝的夹角、上颌窦内壁近远中径距离和内外径宽度。采用SPSS软件进行统计学分析。结果:以检查者人数为对象,有32.59%发现上颌窦骨分隔;以上颌窦数为对象,有22.73%上颌窦发现骨分隔;骨分隔的高度平均为(5.91±3.01)mm,骨分隔与腭中缝的平均夹角为(67.07±16.00)度。上颌窦内壁近远中径距离右侧平均为34.41mm±4.41mm;左侧平均为34.40mm±4.71mm;右侧上颌窦内外径宽度平均为16.44mm±5.11mm;左侧平均为16.64±4.87mm。结论:应用锥形束CT能较准确的进行上颌窦相关解剖结构的线性测量更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: With linear measurements related sinus anatomy to provide pre-and intraoperative anatomical guidance and theoretical basis for maxillary sinus-related surgery. Methods: Collect radiographic data with cranial cone-beam CT examinations. The occurrence of maxillary sinus septum was observed, at the same time, the height of septum and angles with median palatine were measured, and the mesial-distal distance of inner wall together with the width of internal-lateral side of maxillary sinus were measured. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS software package. Results: 32.25%of the subjects were detected with septum, corresponding to 22.73% of the maxillary sinuses. The mean height of septum was 5.91 mm ±3.01 mm. The mean angle between septum and median palatine was67.07±16.00 degrees. The mesial-distal distance of inner wall of the maxillary sinus with an average of34.41mm±4.41 mm on the right and 34.40mm±4.71 mm on the other side; the average internal-lateral width of maxillary sinus on the right was 16.44 mm ±5.11 mm while the left side with the average of16.64±4.87 mm. Conclusion: More accurate linear measurements related maxillary sinus anatomy could be gained with cone-beam CT.更多还原
