【摘要】 目的:评价双板区切除术治疗颞下颌关节盘不可复性前移位的近期疗效。方法:收集2008~2013年在我院接受双板区部分切除缝合术治疗单侧颞下颌关节盘不可复性前移位患者16例,其中男3例,女13例,平均年龄37.6岁。术前均接受磁共振检查,明确诊断和分期。术后进行至少3个月的临床随访和磁共振检查。结果:磁共振复查显示术后关节盘突关系良好并保持稳定,2例关节盘出现再脱位。所有患者未见严重手术并发症。结论:颞下颌关节盘双板区切除术可获得良好的关节盘复位效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To preliminarily evaluate the bilaminar zone suture on disc displacement without reduction of temporomandibular joint.Methods:From 2008 to 2013,16 patients with unilateral disc displacement without reduction of temporomandibular joint(13females and 3male)were selected,who underwent disc repositioning and fixation via bilaminar zone suture.All patients were clinically followed up for 3months at least,and MRI examinations were performed at regular intervals.Results:The disc position remained favorable on MRI at the latest follow-up,and redislocation occurred in 2cases.There were no severe complications.Conclusion:Bilaminar zone suture should be an effactive treatment for disc displacement without reduction of TMJ.更多还原
