【摘要】 目的:探讨c-MET蛋白在舌鳞癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征和预后之间的关系。方法:选取2006年4月~2011年4月在我院手术并经病理确诊的舌鳞癌患者59例,采用免疫组化法检测肿瘤组织中c-MET表达水平,统计分析运用SPSS13.0软件。结果:中位随访时间67个月(33~95月)。44例患者(74.6%)c-MET表达阳性,15例(25.4%)表达阴性。c-MET表达与术后复发以及年龄有关(P=0.007,P=0.012),与性别、T分期、N分期、浸润深度、分化、临床分期无关。c-MET阳性表达者无疾病生存期(Disease-Free Survival,DFS)和总生存期(Overall Survival)分别低于阴性表达者(P=0.014,P=0.012)。多因素COX回归分析提示c-MET表达与复发和不良预后有关(HR:2.927,95%CI:1.015-8.447,P=0.047;HR:3.700,95%CI:1.099-12.454,P=0.035)。结论:c-MET表达是舌鳞状细胞癌复发和不良预后的独立预测因子。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the prognostic role of c-MET in squamous cell carcinoma of the oral tongue(SCCOT)by detecting its expression in relation to clinicopathological features.Methods:Between April 2006 and April 2011,a cohort of fifty nine SCCOT patients with pathologically confirmed were evaluated for c-MET expression by immunohistochemistry at Guangdong General Hospital.SPSS13.0was used for statistical analysis.Results:The median follow-up time was 67months(range 33-95months).Forty-four patients(74.6%)showed positivity for c-MET,while 15patients(25.4%)showed no immunostaining.c-MET expression was significantly correlated with recurrence and age,and there was no statistical significant correlation between it and gender,T status,N status,invasion depth,differentiation and clinical stage.c-MET positive patients had poor Disease-Free Survival(DFS)and Overall Survival(OS)than those with MET negative.Multivariate analysis indicated c-MET expression was associated with recurrence and poor survival(HR:2.927,95%CI:1.015-8.447,P=0.047;HR:3.700,95%CI:1.099-12.454,P=0.035;respectively).Conclusion:c-MET expression was an independent prognostic factor of recurrence and poor survival in patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the oral tongue.更多还原
