【摘要】 目的:探讨整合素β4在人唇黏膜和颊黏膜基底膜区的表达水平,并分析其与上皮钉突的形态和丰度间的关系。方法:分别选择6例正常唇黏膜和6例正常颊黏膜,通过HE染色和免疫组化,观察两种黏膜上皮钉突的形态和丰度以及整合素β4在上皮基底膜区的染色程度。结果:HE染色显示唇黏膜的上皮钉突长度短,粗细不均,分布密集;颊黏膜的上皮钉突的形态结构不明显,分布较稀疏。免疫组化染色显示整合素β4在唇黏膜的基底膜区表现为棕黄色;整合素β4在颊黏膜的基底膜区着色较浅,未见明显特征。上皮钉突在唇黏膜的形态和丰度比在颊黏膜明显,整合素β4在唇黏膜的表达水平也高于在颊黏膜的表达水平。结论:整合素β4在唇黏膜和颊黏膜的基底膜区的表达水平有差异,初步推测整合素β4的表达水平与上皮钉突的形态和丰度有一定的对应关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the expression level of integrinβ4in basement membrane of lip and buccal mucosa,and the correlation of the expression of integrinβ4with morphology and abundance of epithelium rete ridge is also analyzed.Methods:Data on the expression level of integrinβ4was integrated by taking 6cases of normal lip and buccal mucosa each.The expression of integrinβ4and the morphology of epithelium rete ridge were detected by HE and immunohistochemistry stain.Results:The epithelium rete ridge of lip mucosa is short in length,irregular in thick or thin and dense in distribution,while that of buccal mucosa is not obvious and scattering over the epithelium.In lip mucosa,integrinβ4 was mostly expressed in basement membrane,showing a strong expression of brown strips or particle.On the contrary,only a weak expression of integrinβ4could be observed in buccal mucosa.Conclusion:The expression level of integrinβ4is different between lip and buccal mucosa;what’s more,it supports the hypothesis that the expression level of integrinβ4has certain correlation with morphology and abundance of epithelium rete ridge.更多还原
